DescriptionIdeal as first house, in a residential area, comfortable to the services, we propose recent apartment on the first and last floor, composed of living area and kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, closet and bathroom.
In the attic there is a second double bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet and storage room.
The apartment is very close to the centre of Pozzolengo.
Pozzolengo, the last natural balcony on the expanse that houses the wine-growing area of "Lugana", lies between the morainic hills on the border between the provinces of Brescia, Mantua and Verona, alternating plains with small hills, rows of poplars, willows, plane trees and elms with wetlands, spontaneous vegetation cultivations. The proximity of Lake Garda softens the climate and allows the development of different species of vegetation and fauna.
The town is dominated by the mighty Castle, built on top of Mount Fluno around the year 1000, inside which there is a medieval fortified village still inhabited today.
The parish church of San Lorenzo, built in 1510, is situated in the centre of the town near Palazzo Gelmetti, now a municipal seat, and houses an organ dating back to 1600 and paintings of great artistic value; the Residenza Piavoli and the Residenza Brighenti, other fascinating gems of local architecture.
